Our phones are answered 24/7 by an actual employee. If you call and receive a message, it means that we are currently busy serving other customers and do not want to place them on hold. Just leave a message, and we will reply as soon as possible. We ask that reservations are placed between the hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm to guarantee the accuracy of the reservation process, because during these hours the reservationists are setting at their terminals and can enter your data directly into the system. We are always glad to take a last minute reservation from you or to make changes to an existing reservation at any time!  

We use a combination of the two leading reservation and trip planning software programs to guarantee that your reservations are exactly when, where and what you desire. When you reserve with us for the first time, we ask you for every detail... Name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. All of this data is entered into our central database, and we never have to ask you again. So, after the initial reservation, it only takes a second to bring up your account. A few more seconds for the details of the next trip, and you are done! If we have an email address on file for you, the software will send out an email confirmation of your reservation. For our corporate customers, we have the ability to enter as infinite number of passengers under your company, all with their own information, such as home address, phone numbers, etc. Our system is backed up multiple times a day locally, and every night the data is encryped and backed up to an off-site data center.

All of our employees undergo pre-employment background checks, and random drug and alcohol testing administered by an independent government approved facility.  At LTS, we take data security serious. Access to all of our computers are restricted on a need-to-know basis, so your personal information is secure. Every piece of paper that goes through our hands is shredded. 

All accounting is done in-house by our own personnel. Any billing  issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. From payroll to accounts receivables, we can provide immediate answers to any inquiries made of us. We are proud of the total control that this gives us over the complete financial program.
