Questions about chartering a coach? Then check out the LTS TripTips information sheet.

Chartering a motor coach , is more than just reserving a bus. It is a matter of placing your trust in us!

With all of the care and and planning that you put into an outing that requires a chartered coach, you need to trust that the coach will show up on time, be properly cleaned in and out, and that all of the features of that vehicle that were promised to you when you reserved it, actually work!

At LTS, after every charter, each coach rolls into our garages and is thoroughly cleaned inside and out! In addition to the routine maintenance items checked after every trip, our drivers fill out a mandatory coach condition report sheet. Anything noted, is properly addressed by our own crew of repair personnel before that unit goes on another charter.

Because we understand that even the smallest thing can make the difference between a ride and a pleasurable trip...We perform a weekly detailed check-up as well. Reclining seats, overhead lights, public address systems, etc. are all brought up to new bus standards. LTS understands that it's the little annoyances that can ruin your trip. So we do not let it happen! We follow a strict maintenance schedule to ensure that your motorcoach will perform to your highest expectations.

At LTS, we consider our garage as one of the best parts of our fleet, proven to us by the many repeat charters that our customers honor us with.

LTS personnel are dedicated to doing it right!.

Our reputation for quality service, not only brings the customers to us, it also allows us to hire the right personnel to make your trip safe and enjoyable. When LTS is seeking to add another coach operator, we usually just spread the word. It is flattering to us to see the large number of inquiries that come to us looking for an operator opening. What you will never see from LTS is an ad like our competition runs weekly, looking to add drivers because business is growing "so" fast. This just means that for whatever the reason, they just can't keep their employees. Our whole crew is part of a family, and we all work as a unit to provide the absolute best quality and service for you, our customer!

How to measure your charter carrier.

Little things make a trip enjoyable. Does the charter company you're now using do the little things? LTS does! Consider, too the road worthiness of the bus, the competence of the person behind the wheel, and the way the charter carrier conducts business. Consider also that our administrative systems are completely computerized, so no charter is ever misdated, and no pickup time is ever misunderstood.

At LTS, we feel strongly that in a business which depends so importantly upon trust, you need and deserve a company worthy of that trust. Because the journey is just as important as the destination.

At LTS, we believe that you're chartering more than just a bus. You're chartering an entire company.

That idea pretty much summarizes who we are. It's a philosophy of doing business which all of us take seriously. Everyone, from the person that takes the initial telephone request, to our coach operators, to the maintenance department, and, yes, even the president, it's what LTS stands for, and it's how we've been doing business for over 15 years. /p>

Explaining our longevity and our growth is simple. It's based on a belief that is both old, and new. We stick with some pretty old-fashioned ideas like hard work and attention to details. Yet we invest in the newest equipment, the best people, and the most advanced maintenance technology. Just as this combination works for us, it works for our customers too. For them, it translates into dependable, safe, and comfortable transportation, which is, after all, our most important product.

Maintaining a fleet of top-notch motor coaches, in our view, is both a wise investment and a public trust. While we know that keeping the coaches in peak condition extends their useful life, we also know that the beneficiaries of well maintained equipment are LTS charter customers. Were proud of our record on maintenance, and were proud on our record on performance.
